THE ENVIRONMENT
The restaurant narrates a past rich in history, with 5-metre high ceilings, lead windows and decorated “graniglia” floors. The suggestive atmosphere recalls that of the Belle Epoque, a period in history with a strong taste for beautiful and elegant things. After just one century – the premises date back to 1915 – the Gran Caffè Liberty still remains highly evoking for its guests.

FOOD
The Gran Caffè Liberty of Asola provides its guests with a careful selection of top-quality products, always perfectly fresh, and a cuisine intent on promoting them through the use of contemporary cooking technologies.
The menu definitely favours sea fish, purchased daily from the market, together with dishes from Mantua’s great gastronomic tradition, prepared with respect and passion.
Greta Gualeni selects the products, decides how to combine them and supervises the kitchen staff.

BREAKFAST AND APERITIFS
In the morning, we will pamper you with our breakfast. It will start with our excellent coffee accompanied by a wide assortment of filled croissant, fresh fruit, and veggies smoothies, immersed in the splendid Gran Caffè Liberty atmosphere.
Those who love the traditional aperitif before dinner can choose from a vast assortment of cocktails skillfully prepared by our barmen, with appetizing fish teasers direct from the kitchen.

WINE
The cellar of the Gran Caffè Liberty is famous for its selection of fine Italian labels but also for great value for money proposals, with plenty of French vintages to extend the range of red wines, white wines and still or spumante rosè wines. It also contains a good range of spirits, with pleasant vintage surprises.
Luigi Di Girolamo is in charge of the restaurant staff and is responsible for selecting the wines and spirits.
